PRESIDENT:
CHRIS GALLO - Chris is an international
health-club consultant who works intimately with various types of fitness
development projects. Well known for his
success in club development, Chris regularly contributes "expert" articles in
various industry magazine such as Fitness Business News and Club Business for
Entrepreneurs. Chris presented his innovative ideas and research on
the psychology of exercise participation to roughly 500 people at IHRSA 2008 in San Diego
while also facilitating a round table discussion on Personal Training sales. An
industry veteran of over 15 years, Chris has played various roles in health club
management including franshise development for 'elements for women' and a four year stint as the CEO of the internationally
acclaimed O2 Fitness Clubs.
LEGAL
ADVISOR: KEVIN LANDMESSER - Kevin is a contract and business law
specialist. His profound knowledge of employment agreements and legal issues
dealing with contracts guarantee that HCD can provide immediate solutions for
all of your questions. Kevin offers on-site training and full-service contract
review for HCD clients needing these services. Mr. Landmesser received his
law degree from the University of Michigan and is a legal associate with the firm Helms, Mullis Wicker, LLP.
MARKETING/AD
DESIGN: KEN MUNKENS - Ken is a marketing communications expert, account
planner, focus group moderator, author, and teacher. Mr. Munkens has been
working on designing advertising and marketing projects with Chris Gallo and HCD
for over 4 years. He has a keen sense of strategy and understands the role
communications play in all facets of marketing. There is no substitute for the
kind of training and experience one gets on Madison Avenue. For over fifteen
years, Munkens worked at the world’s largest agencies, such as;
Dancer-Fitzgerald-Sample, Doyle-Dane-Bernbach, N.W. Ayer, and more. He worked
closely with General Mills, P&G, American Airlines, Kraft, Union Carbide, and
others. Before leaving New York, he directed the extremely successful Datsun to
Nissan name change. Regional/Local Experience: Munkens has been a senior staff
member at regional shops Long-Haymes & Carr, Price/McNabb, and Lyerly.
He helped these agencies grow while improving the services they offer.
REAL
ESTATE AND LEASING: ROBERT BELLER - Robert is an independent real estate
developer partnering in some major real estate ventures including a 400,000
square foot power center in Moorehead, NC, a 400,000 square foot mixed-use
center in Greenville, SC, and the highly acclaimed and masterful Mayfaire Town
Center project in Wilmington, NC. Beller has been involved in various health
club real estate deals (office, mixed use and retail projects) acting on both
the Landlord and leasing agent side of things. His knowledge of health clubs in
regards to site selection, proper market pricing, and code & buildout
requirements make him a huge asset in fitness club real estate transactions.

SALES / On-Site Training and Development: Diane Stanzione - With over 25 years of health club ownership and management experience, Diane is one of the true pioneers of the industry. Starting in the early 1980's Diane developed a very successful Ladies Only health club brand called Ladies Choice. Currently, Diane spends most of her time in various roles in Fitness Consulting services including her specialties Group Fitness and Personal Training Sales. There are few people with more knowledge on health club sales and systems than Diane. She holds six fitness certifications and her favorite hobby is still teaching group exercise classes.
